Tammy is finally allowed to leave the rehab facility where she's spent 14 months, as well as reunite with Caleb and start their new lives together - although not without some bumps along the road. But don't be fooled: drama awaits.
Caleb surprises Tammy with an intimate dinner date, but the evening quickly unravels when Tammy discovers what's on the menu. Additionally, Caleb must make a tough choice regarding one of their daughters, Amanda Halterman. Eventually though, all four sisters come together as one to work out together but not everyone agrees -- particularly Amy due to their impending divorce from Michael.
