Mackenzie Farrow of Teen Mom OG fame reportedly works as an orthopedic sports medicine sales representative at Zimmer Biomet. Additionally, Mackenzie is mother to two children from her previous relationship with Ryan Edwards; however, the pair split in February due to him being arrested on stalking and order of protection violations and has since been ordered not to contact Mackenzie anymore.
